Is anyone having a problem making a reservation at the Del Rey? I have sent three emails for reservations at the Del Rey website and no reply. I have also sent a fax to Shasha and no reply. Just tried to call the phone number and i get a recording. :(

Del Rey was shut down by OIJ last night for suspicion of gringo gouging.

Brother Orange--I thought they gave out medals or tax breaks for doing that? Misguided once again, am I?

Ignore the trolls. It is what I do. They just ruin this forum for everyone else and we all know mongering is serious business.

May I suggest just calling them US toll free: 1-866-765-8037.

I'm sorry but this is a serious forum about a serious topic and there is no place for trolls! There are topics like if Pamela is back at HLH that are ruined because guys just don't take them serious. Next thing you know there will be a post about What Are you Drinking Now or something.

Anyone happen to know how Florida's Balls are?

If the DR is booked you can always check in at the Morizon one block over for half the colones.

I like the Europa which is a taxi ride away. Amistad, Sportsmans, and of Course the Casa Vino are options.

I stayed at the Dunn Inn last trip. Scott is the new owner and is making it nice. Also a taxi ride away but close to the MP's in three directions.

Vista Linda is a nice place for $20.00 per night. This is were "Grad Students" and crusty old vets stay. Hotel Johnson is always a bargain and the Dutchman too... Casa Conde is were the professional soccer team stays and has a nice class of visitor along with Hotel M (I have yet to stay at the M). Hotel Freebird is kind of like a monger hostel and there are sooo many others. The Park Hotel was a great address on Fridays for the show and Tuesdays too for the free BBBJCIM raffles on the half hour.

But Yes, the Hotel Del Rey is the best place to stay for first 10 times. Dial the number, email, try, try and try again...

Cheers,

Triple FFF's GOOD twin.
