Hi Gents,

Getting ready for my Jaco trip and trying to finalize my accommodations. Does any have info on Villas Estrellamar? They have the villa I like but haven't read anything about being chica friendly. I certainly don't want any problems!

How are these situations typically addressed? Do I need to tip someone beforehand? Do I bring it up when I make the reservations? Please advise.

Any info here is most appreciated!

They are chica friendly. I will find out if there is a chica fee. I watch football and play cards sometimes with the owner and will give him a call later today.

stayed there this summer with 2 friends. no chica fee was imposed and we each brought our share back.

I verify by email before reserving "no cuesta mas si yo traigo una mujer a la habitacion conmigo, si?" The guy at the reception also verified this when we checked in.
