A few of the guys have asked that I let them know if a unit becomes available in my building. Such an opportunity has arrived as the unit directly below me is for rent (3rd floor). These are fairly high-end units, three bedrooms, two baths, washer/dryer, very secure and well appointed (fully furnished) but they are not cheap. The unit is advertised at $1200 but the manager told me he would rent to a friend of mine for the same price I am paying, $1100. The complex is located five blocks south of Mall San Pedro, about $1200c to the HDR and $1400c to SL (around 10 minutes max). |

One concern I'd have with this apartment would be the clik-clak of high heels, loud vibrating noises and screams of ecstasy always coming from the guy's apartment upstairs- probably why the last tenant moved.
