Looking for some advice here. I'm going to be in San Jose Oct. 9 to 13 and I'm wondering if I really need hotel reservations or am I better off to do a little shopping for a place to stay when I get there? I've never been to Costa Rica before but it certainly looks like there is no shortage of Hotels to choose from. Any advice would certainly be appreciated!

Going hotel to hotel on your first trip to a foreign country looking for a room is not what most would call a good time.

Book it!
