Yes, the little havana cigar shop is just one of the many names of "Zona Blue," maybe you've heard of it?

No. Never have until now. But you seem pretty well in the know, thanks for the info.
So you think they'll change the name of the Zona to Hotel Little Havana like the URL now says?
