There was a twix from this site listing the 10 cheapest international flights from the U.S. San Jose and Ciudad Panama were the only destinations I, er, "recognized". Hooray for us!
They list a round-trip in early October ACY (Atlantic City)--SJO for $328 + tax +fees. Hooray for me!

Watch out for the garbage charges on Cheapo.They are often over$60 a ticket.I used them once and now stick to Orbitz.Less garbage charges.Usually no more than $10 and often less. Compare both sites before you buy.
