I just got my friend a crt membership he is in costa rica staying at the sportsman lodge. The zona blue is closed right now how can he get his card while he is there to take advantage of crt discounts

In view of the recent Unpleasantness, would most places accept, say, an email from Admin1 en espanol affirming membership of a given member by name? This certainly an unanticipated situation but not an unworkable one. Just asking.
