Greetings amigos. I am a newbie and read all the newbie stuff and did multiple searches (Time consuming but I feel required to post).
I've mongered half the world and now I've been summoned to Costa Rica in September to do more.
Anyhow I just wanted the latest on Hotel Intercontinental and Cariari as far as tica fees are concerned ? I'm trying to stay at the most upscale hotel that will tolerate my mongering. Thanks
