I've been to CR 10 times.Each time for more than a week. In some cases 1 month. I found the most reliable ,honest and fare priced driver. His name is Oscar Ortega. He is pretty close to retirement . He has several good investments in CR so he doesn't have to rip us off . I know he makes at least one trip a week to Panama for anyone who might be interested.

X patriot who has lived in CR for almost 3 years. I have nothing to gain by recommending him. I honestly have no plans to go back to CR ever again.
