I first stayed at the Presidente in Sept. 2001 and have seen many improvements over the time. But now I don't see the need for more construction. They reworked the rail and I saw very little difference. And now soundproofing the rooms will help a little but look at the revenue they will be losing closing for 3 months. The hotel is already nice and I think it's time to leave well enough alone. Just my humble opinion

Hank,
I didn't think the rail renovation was that big of an improvement especially with all the commotion in over 2 trips I was down there it caused. It really didn't seem all that different. I like the place fine the way it is. If they want more improvements about making a couple more Presidential suites since the 1 is always booked.

PUTA VIDA!

Soundproofing the room is great news from what I have read about this place. I will be staying there on my upcoming trip. :)

I don't know about you guys, but personally I wouldn't stay at ANY hotel that has 90% under construction. To the best of my knowledge, there are around 100 rooms at the hotel. That means that around 10 will be open.I can just imagine the dirt and odors floating around.I wonder if they will still have the audacity to turn away chicas who don't meet their dress standards.

Being the betting man that I am...... I'd be willing to wager a bob or two that after the construction, stage three of sqeezing out the mongers will begin. My guess is that the association with CRT and a chica fee will happen in short order. That should take care of any of you diehards who still insist on staying where you aren't welcome.

I'm staying at the Presidente right now. Actually writing this from my room. There is some construction but it hasn't bothered me.

For those of you who stay at the Presidente, I would like to know your estimate as to what percentage of the Presidente’s business is CRT members and/or other men in search of leisure activities.

I only discovered CRT a few days ago but it already seems that you phuckers are everywhere. You're breeding like flies.
