Can anyone reccomend a hotel in Montezuma. Want to check this town out and recover on the beach for a few days.

it's a nice little town but don't go swimming, it's very dangerous. a great daytrip is to tortuga island. spectacular boat ride and scenery. i stayed at the el jardin. decent place but overpriced w/ no ac or room safe. some good restaurants and bars, a waterfall that takes a hike to get to and some other nearby places to visit. there are a number of other hotels/lodges in town. the restaurant at las artistas (beach area) is open outdoor with excellent view and food, somewhat pricey.
