It looks very nice... I would like to know if it is chica friendly and if there is a fee.

It looks very nice, but seems rather expensive. Some years ago I usually stayed at Aparthotel El Sesteo which has some drawbacks and some nice features. It was much cheaper. The courtyard was excellent and a room with a kitchen is still cheaper than the place in the link. 10 bucks a day may not matter to you, but it adds up to me. There are a number of other places around la Sabana if you want to comparison shop. There was an aparthotel called Ramgo, behind the Controladora if I recall that was cheaper than el Sesteo. I think it had an MP very close, but nobody posted a review and it is several years since I heard of it. One thing that troubles me about El Sesteo is that they seem to have gotten rid of the laundry facilities and want you to pay hotel laundry rates, which can go from reasonable to obscene. As a rule of thumb, the more you pay for a room, the more they nickel and dime you. In the US a $100/night hotel usually charges for WiFi and a $35/night place has it for free if at all.

I am also interested in this hotel, I feel rates seem reasonable, and seems very nice, clean, and large too.

Any new recent info on it?

Hotel el Sesteo has gone downhill, last time I stayed there in 10.07: broke open crank windows in the bathroom, laundry changed, and just kind of a dumpy feel to it. It always was in IMHO an American 2.0 star at best, but now I'd give it a backpacker rating. Car/truck noise is also a factor due to location.
