I have been to Costa Rica numerous times (15+) and I finally met a driver I would highly recommend. If you need dependable transportation to/from the airport or any other transportation needs while in Costa Rica I highly recommend Marlon Schumann. He speaks fluent English and he is a great resource for just about anything you need to do down there. Most importantly he is dependable and will not rip you off.

I went down with a group of friends and he was at the airport with a special sign and cold beers were waiting in the car for our trip downtown.

He is currently trying to establish his tourism business and if you are thinking of buying property down there (Like I am) he can help you out with that as well. Fluent English really helps.
