Booking a Villa here for me and my 2 wingmen in Jaco with pool and each one of us will have our own villa. I got the rental agreement and everything looks good BUT

No prostitution (although legal), minor’s sexual abuse or illegal substances will be tolerated on the property. Eviction without refund and the corresponding report to authorities will follow immediately.

Now they rent a lot of condos and this isn't one so I don't think they will be out checking in on us. The R/A looks like a standard form for all of there rentals Has any one rented from this out fit before??

I've rented from them for clients before. I know one group brought ladies back to the house but that was 2 years ago. My most recent clients didn't. I doubt they check out every property sniffing for putas. Keep it low key, make sure said putas don't steal anything or Phuck anything up, and maybe know when the maids are coming.

They have some nice properties available. I rented a house for some clients back in November for a little less than $200 per night and it was a super nice place. Give a shout when you come through.
