That sucks but as it was a NY law it wouldn't have affected those of use in the Sunshine State (or perhaps better phrased, any of us who do not live in, or fly through, the Empite State). Had a 400 pound woman sitting in the aisle seat of my flight from DFW this morning. She was seated before me so I was forced to climb over her to 1) be seated and 2) deplane. That should be addressed if the Feds ever pass a passengers bill of rights. ![]() |

Mia I agree 100%. That fat chick shouldn't have been subjected to a pervert feeling her up. ![]() But seriously, USAir was recently involved in a lawsuit where a drunken passenger deplaned in ABQ, got into his car, and killed a family on the freeway. Now they do not serve liquor on flights entering or leaving New Mexico. I'm sure it doesn't involve legislation, like in NY, but rather a voluntary agreement. Ciaociao |
