Trying to call the SL on their 800 number to confirm my reservations for this week. Each time I call a female answers and says "Sportsmens Lodge" or something, I say "hello" and she hangs up. Happened 4 times now today! WTF is there something wrong with her phone or her??? |

I emailed 2 hotels last week and never heard back from either  oh well muy tico, who cares I'll get a room at Circus Cardboard Inns if all else fails.

Could it be, that for whatever reason, she is just not hearing you, and assuming nobody is on the line? Seems likely since HolaB just called with no problem. Try another phone or phone line. Can you hear me now?

Just called again and Manfred answered the phone this time. NO problems at all. Very strange. Good news is that my reservation is still there as well!

It sounds like she could not hear you. It does get loud in there from time to time. But Manfred is the man. He is a great help with what ever you need while a guest there. |
