Anyone ever stay there? I know it's nice, but is it "girl friendly"? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

I believe, and would stake my life on it (maybe), it is NOT chica friendly.

Ive been to some nice Hotels but the Los suenos Marriot is the bomb -the best Ive seen , American prices and attitude .Two levels of chica police one at beginning of driveway then one more at gate to look in car for hidden hookers
.Maybe James Bond can sneak a Puta into the Los suenos marriot but I couldnt .

Thanks to everyone for the info. So I guess it's a choice between staying at the nicest place and chicas. ;) Since the stay is paid for, I'm going to have to come up with something! lol

Los Sueños Marriot is definitely NOT chica friendly. But the hotel and the grounds are real nice! No worries. There are other alternatives. :wink:

The Marriott Hotel at Los Suenos does not allow chicas on property and their security is we trained to ID them.

If you rent a luxury Condo at Los Suenos, you may bring Chicas to your Condo as the Condos are not affiliated with Marriott. When rentinga Condo at Los Suenos, there is a maximum of six people allowed in a Condo at any time, so if you had 3 guys in your condo you could return with 3 Chicas, however if you had 4 guys, not all four could enter the condo with a chiaca as that would result in 8 bodies in the condo.

As an alternative, please know that I have multiple Luxury Condos in and around Jaco and onloy a few minutes from Los Suenos, and a stones throw from the Beatle Bar, in the $250-$300/nt range where you would have great privacy, security, a pool, and could bring as many chicas in as you'd like with no hassle.

Two of my DR "girlfriends" were treated to a day trip to the Marriott Los Suenos two weeks ago.

They got the royal treatment at the spa. Their new boyfriends popped for facials, (the spa kind--the monger kind came later) massages, manicures, pedicures etc. while the guys golfed.

They had dinner at the resorts' fancy schmancy restaurant to the tune of over $600.

I am guessing the highly trained security "Hooked On" is referring to had the day off.

I tried to PM this not sure is it worked so here it is in response to your PM:

Along Time ago some guys brought some chicas to LS and they caused a scene .So they are banned now but if you check in with a girl and her ID cedula it will be ok .No girls in town will even bother coming to LS cuz they know the deal . BUT I have good news for you my friend ...within site of the beetle bar is like 5 motels that charge by the hour for like $10 to $20 bucks all the girls know where they are .My favortite was the one right next to beetle bar on left if your facing the front door.Its 20 and BIG room with mirrors and king size bed . no worry about theft and shit maybe you and your buddys can book the place for the night and save some money .

The beetle bar when i went was like walking into a bus station with all the girls lined up side by side waiting for gringos ..no drinks just waiting no partying just sitting ..many many Nicas ! They do check ID's at the door so your safe from underag girls .Dont take any from street make sure they pass through the doors of the BB. Dont make any phone calls from the marriot its like $3.00 per minute ,everything you do there is recorded and sighned on paper even the Casino they dont take colones just dollars ,The only ATM on site is at marina you need a golf cart to get there its a 15 minute walk and it processed my $300 withdrawl and the machine made a noise but no money !! The people at the bank are idoits it took 3 months for my money back . Use ATM in Town use internet cafe ,they give you cordless phone walk outside like 3 bucks for 15 minutes and internet too very cheap . The marriot is 5 star the casino is good but they stop the game if your winning or stall to check cameras .Its the most expensive Hotel in Costa Rica but if your with a girl its great ...

Dont tell the girls your stayingf there the will think your rich . Have fun and wrap it up !!! JG

Gotta disagree with this one. Not even close to the most expensive hotel in CR.
