Anyone had any problems booking with Interbus lately? I have made 2 reservations the past week and did not receive any confirmation. Normally receive email confirmation within 24 hours.

Used them for my upcoming May trip and had to call 3 times to get email Confirmation. I also had to call to get departure date right. I finally did get my confirmation with the correct dates.

Checked my credit card statement online and looks like I'm in as my card got charged. Not too worried about the confirmation as I've used them quite a bit. Will post when I receive confirmation.

I have used them before, without a problem. BUT you must book 4 days ahead online.
That is just a pain in the culo, but that is how they do it.
You would think in the age of the internet that they could get that down to 24 hours, but hay it is a tico thang.

Interbus was there waiting for me last week for my trip from airport to downtown. They were a no show for my trip from downtown back to the airport, even after calling to reconfirm pick up 3 days in advance. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, waited 30 minutes past pick up time before taking a taxi. Tried calling, but no answer. Sent them an email yesterday but as of today, no response. I'll give them a few days before disputing the charge. I know it's only $7 but....
Have always had good luck with them in the past and will probably use them again. :?:

They are good from the airport only. There's always an Interbus guy outside the terminal, so you know they'll be there.

I have never taken them TO the airport.

So, if I book online and say my flight is late 10:00 am, I should'nt have a problem getting to town? Also, do they drop you off at certain stops or right at your hotel? Thanks

Anyone been on the Interbus web site lately? I've been trying to make a reservation the past couple days and it seems to be down. It works fine until you try to check out.

I know I had a minor problem with them last trip but I've had great service from them in the past for the price.

I just e-mailed them to check my reservation in two weeks and she replied and confirmed in 20 minutes.

Jdd,

Having the same problem as you, when I go to checkout and submit my reservation, the server connection is lost. After repeatedly trying this I emailed support@interbusonline.com

They responded within 30 minutes and asked that I email them my travel information. Awaiting their response.
