Does anyone know what the policy is on bringing chica's back to the private homes at Los Suenos?

If it's a private home, just ask the owner. If the home is owned/managed by "Los Sueños", then it's probably not chica friendly. You definitely want to find out ahead of time.

How the hell do I find out who owns it?

Who are you renting it from ?!?!?!?!? Ask that person. That'd be a start!

If you are talking about what I'm thinking of... Those aren't private homes, those are full apartments rented by Los Sueños. I remember reading there is a 1 guest at-a-time per apartment rule. Do a search.

Its a 5000 sq ft home with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Private pool, etc.....Dont think that qualifies as an apartment. We are going through a travel agent so I dont know if she is dealing with the owner directly or if it's managed by Marriott.

Bam,

Ask your travel agent who the owner of the property is, or inquire if the property is managed by Marriott.

If the property is managed by Marriott, you can probably be assured that the ladies of the BB are not welcomed. If it is managed by a third party other than Marriott you will need to have your travel agent put you in touch with the property management firm, under the pretense that you would feel comfortable having a phone number and contact info for personal reasons of your choice.
