Love the flight times out of ORD, Leaves at 2 or 3 AM (depending on daylight savings) arrives in SJO at 9:55 AM, have the whole day and the immigration lines are non existent. Check in on for departure at Clarion Amon's Taca office, fly through security for the 6 PM departure (another full day on back end) I dont think it could be better other than maybe us finally getting a Non stop...

Whats wrong with the MIA times, seem like you have the same luxury....

07:30 Miami ( MIA)
09:15 San Jose ( SJO)
Lacsa (LR) OP
2:45 0 stop(s) Economy

19:20 San Jose ( SJO)
23:05 Miami ( MIA)
Lacsa (LR) OP
2:45 0 stop(s) Economy

Agree with you El S about the times. It is almost the exact itinerary as out of LAX. (except we have the non stop). Flight from here though just went up to almost 500 bucks in April. What gives?

One of my wingmen is always on that LAX flight, keep watching it, it will come down.

You have some valid points, I'm 1.5 hours from Miami and I guess I'm too lazy to get up that early to make that 07:30 flight. On the return, arriving back in Miami late, then driving home and having to work the next day, I'd be worthless at the job. BUT, I guess I should just suck it up and enjoy the 2 extra days I'd have in San Jose.

I hear ya, can't tell you how many times I have returned on the 12:45 or 1:45 AM to ORD (depending on Daylight savings) and worked the next day, it is rough but always worth it...

There are also later in day the flights but that would add a stop on your itinerary, never a good thing......

this flight fluctuates all over the place. keep trying different days, esp tues/wed arr/dep and you will be paying 3-400 max as long as you are flexible on your dates.
