Never had a problem, you try checking your spam filter? They also have a handy 800 number.

I suggest you check your Spam email folder. I wrote them last night from my yahoo account and this morning I found their reply in my "Bulk" (spam) email folder. The sender was shown only as "Reservaciones", so you may have overlooked it since it doesn't say "@sportsmens".

I tried the email but never got a response after a couple days. I then decided to call the 800 number and booked right then. I'm learning the best way to do business in CR is call if possible.
