I spent a week at the Freebird in December splitting my time betwwen the suites and the regular rooms. I have to say it was my best lodging experience in my four years of traveling to Costa Rica

First, I arrived unannounced and Denny was kind enough to accomodate me. I spent the first three days in a suite. They're spacious, immaculately clean, super fast internet, mini-fridge, flat-screen, very comfortable bed. Great! I brought four chicas back that had never been/heard of the place and they were all floored by how nice it was.

I spent my last three days in Room #3 which is downstairs off the common area. It was five to eight feet from two bathrooms that are nice as any in Costa Rica. Other than the bathrooms, all rooms have the same ammenities as the suites. The chicas I entertained here had no problems with the bathrooms and simply peeked out the door with a towel and took care of their business.

Every room has a safe where you set your own combination. Covenient/inexpensive on premise laundry. Two blocks fom ground zero. You can't beat it.

Dennis and his brother are terrific hosts. The Freebird will be my new home-away-from-home when I'm in town and I highly recommend it.

As I recall the only other review we have had from a person who stayed in a room that used the two common bathrooms also was in room 3. That room is on the same floor as the bathrooms and is just a few feet from the room to the bathroom.

No so sure they would feel the same way if they had to come down from the third floor to "take care of their business".

Hopefully someone who stayed on the third floor will post their experience.

There seems to be a pattern here. Every one that has stayed at this new place is extremely fond of it. The ONLY issue seems to be the bathrooms are down stairs if you stay in the rooms on the second or third floor. If these stairs are deal breaker then stay in one of the lower 3 rooms or stay
somewhere else. For me, I like the place so much that if I am there with a friend , then they can have the lower room and I will be happy to take the exercise. When I was at he Del Rey for 61 days I used to sneak into the Holiday Inn across the park and walk up the 18 flights of stairs twice each day to get some exercise. For me , I seem to perform better if I keep the major muscles in my body going. Some people like no exercise at all. I personally know I need daily exercise so any way I can sneak it in is all the better. I also get a good little leg workout walking up and down the hill from New Fantasy.

Since a vast majority of these girls live in a two room concrete shack with a suicide shower if any hot water at all, concrete floors, and no windows-just holes in the walls, I can't imagine them using one of two 6 foot by 6 foot American Style bathrooms in a Newly constructed building a problem. These girls walk all over the place . Thats one reason why they are so thin and beautiful. I have learned to do this since I've lived here and I'm 11 pounds lighter .

Tell me that is not a serious question  A grown man needs someone to tell him how to go about walking down two flights of stairs to use the facilities :?:

Orange,

You are well aware, or at least you should be, that you posted what I said out of context. What I posted was:

Holden McGroyn wrote:

It is obvious, or should be to anyone who can read, that the request for someone who stayed on the third floor to post how the chicas responded to it.

Your original question eventually evolved to

Quote:

Big difference between how a guy feels about walking down a flight of stairs to take a piss in a house of guys and how a chica feels about wrapping herself in a towel and parading down the stairs in a house of guys. A puta is a still a women and most of them have a far diffrent sense of modesty than mongers.

3-4 minute walk from the Rey. $47 a night with no chica fee. I like this place because only mongers are there. I had a girl there and the guy staying above me had a girl too. We ended up hanging out together until very late. Most guys leave there doors open like a house when there not...

From what I've seen , Everyone that has stayed there has left a favorable review.

I stayed in Suite 2 last week and it was cool. I'm going to give Dennis a coffee making course, but it's great otherwise...
