Then where is the best place to stay that allows ticas and maybe multiple ticas back to your room.

depends on where you want to stay, The Del Rey is considered a must for first timers, but there is a chica fee. The SL and the Castillo dont have a chica fee and I have never had multiples turned away.

The hotel Zona Blue is the best placed to stay with Sportsmans as the second choice. You can bring as many as you want either place, with no extra charges.
