Thank you for your comments and concern.
It has been a problem for over 6 months now about return emails from our staff directly going into our customers junk email files because they originate from Costa Rica. Costa Rica is one of the capitals of junk email origination because of the large amount of Spam mail from online pharmacies, Sports Books and casinos that send huge amounts of bulk Spam email from here to the USA and Canada. The ISP providers now have extra sensitive filters that send our responses away from the main mailboxes into junk mail folders. For those of you who did not receive a response from us please check your junk mail boxes for our response unless of course you have deleted them just as I do from time to time. If you do not have a response from us please send me a copy of your inquiry mail to me at
bill@sportsmenscr.com and I will investigate these. We simply could not stay in business if we did not respond to our 30 or so emails we receive each day.
In the meantime we are looking at hosting our email servers in the USA so that our responses do not commence from Costa Rica.
