The Saskatchewan RoughRiders have made it to the Greycup (who said miricles don't happen) and I hope to be watching the game at the Sportsmen. I guess I will be watching it there only if Bill puts the game on and he always does.

The game will be against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers which will make it the first Banjo Bowl played in November! Next Sunday to be Exact.

Come on out and see some real football and watch a few drunk Canadians! May be your first real football game but I am sure you have all seen drunk Canadians before!

You seem to be really excited. I'm sure the guys who come to SL to watch NFL football on Sundays will have no problem watching the CFL instead. :P

I hate to break it to you guys, but North American football was invented in Canada....

No way in hell Winnipeg wins with their starting QB out with a broken left arm!

Two things to remember. We are talking the CFL where anything can happen and they are playing against Saskatchewan who are known for finding ways to lose.

Very true...if Winnipeg's D steps up big & they get Roberts going on O, they just might steal this one. Frankly, I'm hoping Sask. craps the bed, although Winnipeg makes me want to yak only slightly less.

The Roughriders barely beat a team, without a quarterback. Had Kevin Glenn played, the score would have been Bombers 51 Roughriders 10. Either way Saskatchewan is a great CFL football supporter who will appreciate the cup. I wonder if any of our American friends remember our backup quarterback Ryan Dinwiddie from his college days?

I was a bit surprised the Rider offence struggled as much as it did...credit to the Bombers' D, though....

Ditto about Dinwiddie....wonder if they also remember my team's 3rd stringer, Timmy Chang, who tanked when given a chance this season.

I am seriously considering making the trip to Montréal for the Grey Cup in 2008. Of course what would a trip to Montréal be without a few lapdances from the Québécois ladies. Your Ti-Cats have a great season ahead of them with Printers and Lumsden.

Yeah, I'm really hoping Lumsden stays healthy next year, the guy's a beast when he gets going.

I was thinking of maybe going myself...don't know where you're coming from, but there's a FS club between Toronto & Montreal that I've been meaning to try out....
