We will want to leave friday morning and come back to San Jose Sat night after fishing. CD Best and most comfortable is a private driver, next is a shuttle (interbus, etc.), last is the bus system. There are a list of drivers here: https://costaricaticas.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=8340 Shuttle is www.interbus.com - it's about $19-$20 each way. The bus is cheap but not the most comfortable. |

It depends on how many of you there are. Interbus shuttle charges $19/person one-way to Jaco. If you have 3 or less people, Interbus can save you a few bucks. If you have 4 or more, a taxi/private driver makes more sense. Interbus shuttle is safe, convenient (door-to-door service), relatively comfortable, and not that much slower than a taxi. Late model large vans that seat about 8-10 people. They are rarely ever full, usually plenty of space. www.interbusonline.com A taxi/driver will charge you $75-100 each way, negotiable of course. |

We will want to leave friday morning and come back to San Jose Sat night after fishing. CD Since you never mentioned anything about price, here's my two cents. Take a quick taxi ride to Pavas airport, and jump on a Nature Air flight ( www.natureair.com ). You'll be in Jaco in less than 30 minutes. ![]() Or you can send a PM to N2Techno and hitch a ride with him on his helicopter. ![]() |

Yes, that's what you'd have to do. There is no airstrip in Jaco, so one must fly into Quepos, and taxi to Jaco. ![]() |
