I am interested in hearing about anyone's experiences staying at the White House. Do they charge to bring girls for you? Any input or advice is appreciated.

my buddy just got back from CR yesterday and he stayed in the white house. $400 per night. he said everything was great. the room was immaculate, the view tremendous. he ordered room service for breakfast every day and said the quality, speed, and service was comparable to a ritz. he had no problem with his girls using the white house facilities (restaurants, pools, spas, bars, casino, rooms, etc.). the dinners were american style pricing ($38 for an entree). they took him to the airport for free in a hummer. all in all, he liked it.

Holy sh*t !!! $400 per night? $38 per entree' ?? For that kinda money, they should've taken him to the airport in a hummer, and GIVEN him a hummer. Damn! That place is nice, with extraordinary views of the city, day and night, but that's just too much $$$. But they do have a heli-pad !!!

MG

I know the price at the restaurant sounds outrageous for Costa Rica. However when you compare it to the other mirador first class restaurants like Ram Luna, La Monesterio, Valle Azul, etc. it really is not that bad. The food is first rate, well prepared, good service, and all the other stuff that goes into a good restaurant.

Would rather spend a little more and get the food and view there than spend a little less in a place like Fogo Brazil.

YMMV

I spent sometime at the White House during my trip last week. I saw many of the rooms I think they start at $295 for Jr. Suite and $395 for the Bill Clinton Penthouse Suite. The guy I was with said no one wanted to stay at the G.Dubb suit?? Go figure. The food and service was first class! Very cool bartender who just moved back to CR from North Carolina his name was Emeil. Excellent view of the city, very nice at night!

Actually, he had 3 girls rotating in and out of the white house. he never discusses money with the girls - ever. let's just say that they leave happy and he leaves happy.

Do they have a web site? I have to take a peek at this. Might be worth a visit but not an overnighter.

I stayed at the white house about a year ago in one of the suites great place if you guys want me too I can post some pics of the rooms and the Hel pad. And yes they will take you to the airport and they were nice enough to take us to the mall in the hummer it makes it very easy to pick up local girls in a hummer. 8)

Holy Geez....$400 per night? Thats what I spend for an entire trip. Looks like we need old "Circus" and "RBC100" to do some bean counting here.

I've stayed there a few times. Room ranges from $250-$400. It is quite pricey but well worth it especially with a group of friends if you want to go first rate. I usually reserve staying there for occasions when I'm coming down with a few newbie high rollers. Best rooms are the ones off the back terrace and if you go with one of the $400.00 suites the one off the back corner terrace is nice than the one way upstairs. I've never stayed in the cottages. If your a Harly rider thay have rentals. Staff is very friendly.
