With all that is happening that week I doubt the Presidente will become available. If you want to get a room better start a through search now and grab the first decent room you find.

Sorry about the "No Vacancy" sign being raised. There has been numerous warnings about hotels filling up, so this is unfortunate. I would recommend some extended searches for hotels or possibly (Last resort) forgo until next year for your birthday. By that I mean, make your reservation for next year ahead of time, and not expose yourself to the heavy weekend.

Lastly, you might also look into Thanksgiving or Superbowl weekend. I have never been there over those times, but I have read about the parties.
