For any S. Florida members who might be planning on going to CR for SuperBowl 2008, AA has got some good airfares now. I just booked flights for that weekend (MIA to SJO) for $149 plus taxes / round trip ($209.40 total w/taxes). Wednesday January 30th to Monday February 4th. For that price, I'm not gonna waste any frequent flyer miles.

That's what it's all about! There's guys on this board from all over, and when we see a good price for flights from airports in our neck of the woods, it's always good to post them for the rest of the brothers!

I'm always looking several months down the road, as I make my trip plans 6 - 12 months in advance. I usually get several per year free with FF miles, but this was too cheap to waste 30,000 miles on! I know I want to be in CR for Superbowl weekend, so why not book it now!!!!!

Go Cowboys !!!!!

While I doubt there will be any available, Cowboys-Dolphins tickets go on sale tomorrow morning. I will cross my fingers that a pal of mine in Miami comes through for mine. :shock:

I doubt Dallas will be in the SB, but with the Dolphins farming their game against the Giants to London, the Cowoboys game is the only one I am interested in attending (the 'Canes are a different story) this fall. :twisted:

I just booked my room at the SL today. I am staying seven nights. I called directly and talked to a very helpful receptionist. She said there were still several rooms still available. I would not wait too long.

Does anyone out there know for sure who the PATRIOTS will be playing in the game? The Pats sure won't be giving up a big lead to the Colts THIS YEAR.

Yes, they will not give up a big lead to the Colts this year because the Colts will play the Chargers in AFC championship after San Diego beats NE at San Diego.

Dream on if you think Wade Phillips is going to lead any team much less the Cowgirls to the Super Bowl (They need a defense first and Romo is young and unproven) "Wait for the Terrell blowup"

My Bears will make it again and WIN this time probably against New England. Indy lost way too much (Sorry BK) Most importantly Peyton Manning blind side protector to retirement with a ROOKIE replacing him, not to mention BOTH starting Corners, a Defensive lineman and their best linebacker.

Back to the original thread, I will more than likely attend my 3rd straight Super Bowl Party at the SL.
