Any one used the gym lately at the hotel? Yeap, I admit I am a gym rat. I have lost 45 lbs in the last year and I work out even on vacation. I normally go around 6am (since I am on EST and can't sleep in). I enjoy watching all the ticos getting off the bus and heading to their jobs.....

Hotel Presidente has a small gym located on the 7th floor.

I used the gym on my trip in May. The gym is small but the equipment is up to date. When I worked out I was the only one in the room.

The gym at the Pres is small, it has a trendmill, row machine, swiss ball, dumb bells and a universal machine. I use it every time I stay at the Pres and nobody is ever in there. It has large windows with aview of the mountains.

And... congratulations on your weight loss accomplishment. Well done. Man... I bet you fell great!

I need to hit that gym while I'm there at the Presidente next week. All the above information is spot on.

I wonder if anyone has ever worked out with their chica in there. Hmmm? :wink:
