Used this service to book $29 shuttle to la fortuna and arrange a couple different hotel stays. on time, brand new shuttle, great staff, excellent response. somehow ended up with the best suite, except for honeymoon suite, at Linda Vista del Norte while paying for a standard room. Absolutely the best view of the active side of the volcano, could even watch it from my bed, which i did every night there. the place was not full but i ended up getting upgraded. had to have been by booking through arenal.net. they do the required email, fax cc number, get a voucher thing. it was easy from the amon plaza in san jose. i did not have to go anywhere as they have printers and fax machines in house. very impressed with the service.
