But you forgot to mention... PLUS taxes.
$351 total from NY, but impossible to find. Best I found with this offer was $370, but I already booked a few trips a couple weeks ago at that price & even cheaper.
There are also some restrictions:
First day to purchase these fares: June 8th, 2007.
Last day to purchase these fares: June 11th, 2007.
First day to begin travel: June 19th, 2007.

Fares originating in Miami are valid for traveling on flights TACA 30, 31, LACSA 690 & 691.
From New York to San Jose, fares do not apply on flights LACSA 622, 623, 618 & 619, via San Salvador.
Local taxes and airport fees are not included.
