No, the Hotel Santo Tomas is not chica friendly. I stopped in one day and happened to be greeted by the owner, a gringo named William Thomas Douglas. He's a nice guy. I asked him if I stayed there, could I bring chicas back to the room, and he told me the hotel policy was to not allow female guests.
The hotel is located just up the street from Zona Blue and Soda Peru.
Mr. Douglas took me on a tour of the hotel....I was indeed impressed with it. Also has a nice restaurant and swimming pool.
In the end, the "no chica policy" was the deal breaker for me.
