Have read about Motel Eden numerous times over the years and ended up there hoy con 2 hot chicas, sign says 15k, taxi pulls in the garage, drops us off and leaves. The room is very plush, granite everywhere, huge jacuzzi, porn on TV, stereo, king size bed, huge bathroom, shower and even a bidet. I put the 15k in the little door and the guy calls and says it's 15k per chica. The chicas say no way it's too much and they've both been there before but he doesn't budge. I've read of guys taking 4 or 5 chicas here for a set room fee. We decide to say forget it, just give my money back and call us a cab please. NOPE! Can't have my money back, it's another 15k if we want to stay, at this point the chicas argue with the a**hole for about 10 minutes, even trying to negotiate a better price up to an additional 10k. He finally says pay up 15k or get out of the room, or he's calling the police.
At this point we are pissed and it's about to affect the mood of my fantasy date with these two hotties, so I calm everyone down and say phuck it, since I'm already out 15k I'll just pay it and we'll have fun, which we did. The guy flat out took advantage of the situation (ripped me off) and the businesss will probably never get another colone or recommendation from me.

.... Well there goes your budget for the next few days. Looks like bottled water and maybe a half of a slice of pizza at Costa Del Sol for tonights dinner.

You should of kicked that Tico's ass, then you could of spent the rest of your stay in another hotel.

That's the problem LH, you never see the attendant and talk on the phone to him, there is a cabinet door with a sliding drawer inside that he takes the money and sends towels, drinks, condoms, etc. back through. If I could have reached through and gotten my hands around that little Tico prick's neck and dragged him through I would have loved to. I find it hard to believe they double the room fee for an additional guest but if that's their policy- fine. My beef is we weren't in the room 3 minutes and hadn't done anything but he refused to return my money, phuckin' crook.

I still had a blast and enjoyed the room & refuse to let 30 bucks ruin my day, but it's- you know... the principal of the thing. I may call them out of curiousity manana just to see what their policy is.

Has been awhile since anyone has posted on the Motel Eden and even longer since I remember a post about multple partners such as Astroglide experienced.

Perhaps they changed their policy or even worse the clerk happened to be checking out the surveillance camera and decided to enrich himself at your expense.

If that is their policy they should change their signage. However remember their main clients are Ticos cheating on their wives with the novia and they are not going to bring in more than one.

The prick tico was probably just trying to pocket 15k so he could go to Bar Camelot and session after work.

I called Eden and they did say double the rate for a second chica guest so that's the latest policy, 15k + 15k. And somebody asked- the rate is for 12 hrs.
Yes looking back I could have called first or just went to the Morazan but the guy still robbed me by not refunding my 15k before we did anything in the room IMO.

Maybe he just felt sorry for the chica's, knowing that they were about to partake in un-speakable acts with a fugly gringo. It's kinda funny, because I recently spoke to LatinoHeat, Sparkchaser69, RN & GR about this, and none of us have ever been charged the extra 15k for an extra chica! I guess it helps to be a sexy b*tch!!!

Sorry Paco, but of course I'm kidding. Personally, I've never stayed at the Motel Eden, but the information that you've provided is very important to the board. Thanks for taking one for the team. I think it goes without saying, that paying an extra 30K colones for chica fees (for 2 chicas) is ridiculous, and this will help members make more informed decisions (about Motel Eden) in the future.
