Post subject:  Airline tickets on short notice
I am looking to take a 7 to 10 day trip to CR within the next couple of months. The only problem is that business has me tied down and I won't know when i can go until it is kinda last minute.

How much can I get airline tickets for with 2 weeks notice during March-April-begining of May out of the San Diego airport?

I am hoping for under $1000 from any airline.

Try this, usually some good last minutes available. My buddy did the same and booked for under $600 with 4 days notice..

Also, sometimes can get lucky, go to the above ite, find the cheapest and the carrier, go to that web site and check for same dates

El Toro,

Quick search on Kayak has you under $500 on Cont. that's the good news. Bad news to you my friend get to travel to yes exciting Newark :shock: :lol:

Suggest you check Kayak for alternatives as I know nothing about travel from San Diego International Looks as though you have other choices with AA . Maybe a nice drive up 101 to LAX and look at Taca,AA and others for a direct flight.
