Since I had written the above quote (which is true) on another thread, I am choosing to start this one. I didn't want to hijack another's thread. I also believe that because of what I wrote above, I owe it to Bill to let others know about his response to me personally, via PM. This is truly customer service. It is not how a person reacts when things are going well, but how a person reacts when things are not right that shows much about that person's character.
Not looking for responses, but wanted all to know that my post had been answered, promptly, and personally by Bill.
