Has anyone else had problems with this place trying to get a responce. I have e-mailed them twice. Have called every number on there site, and cannot get a responce. I may be just having connect issues because of cell phone in the far north Canada but none of the numbers work. I am trying to book for six guys in April for a week,isnt that enough business to respond to an e-mail??? Does anyone have a number that works. If so I would greatly app. it. And yes to those who have met me, and to those who havent, The preformance of harley357 4th Anniversary show, will commence April 11th. Thanks in advance Harley

Harley, Myself and 2 buds booked the "Grand Villa" at HT back in October. It looks pretty nice on their website. On arrival we discovered this is a "Tico" style place. The furniture in the living room was stuff I would not have on my back patio and everything was very primitive by Norte Americano standards. We decided to forfeit the deposit and move down the road to the Copa. We could not have been happy in this place for 1 night much less multiple nights. Just wanted to let you know. YMMV however. Thanks for the info Rain, But now I have a dilema. I used to stay at Cocal all the time, But last time the noise from the construction of the new condo's in what used to be the parking lot was terrible. The last time I was there I stayed ar the Copa and was great until check out time. The bill was twice what other guy's were, I asked about the CRT discount that they knew I intitled to, they said I had booked through Canada and was on some other discount and CRT didnt matter. I paid it and told myself I would never go back. I have never stayed at Tangeri but have made many trips past the gate and thought it was nice on the web site. Now I find out I am wrong. What to do? where to stay? Does any one know if the noise at Cocal is better? Is there a good place to stay in Jaco ??? Or do I suck it up and call the Copa? Thanks for the input Harley

Harley, My dos colones. Suck it up and stay at the Copa. With your VIP Card you will save some money there. Also we were very happy with the food and the pool is a nice place to hang out and drink cerveza during the day. We all had a great time bringing chicas back to the jacuzzi late at night ! I felt that the rooms were small but nice enough. The 2 complaints I had about the Copa were: A) Put the damn mirror over the sink and not to the side of it. MAKES SHAVING EASIER B) Can not place a call from your room using a calling card. You have to go downstairs and use the phone to use your calling card. Thanks Rainman3, Ya I guess thats what I will Have to do, as I did get a responce from some of the other hotels that are sponcer of CRT, and they are full. Whats going on down there that week? How was the water pressure in the showers when you were there, I stayed there end Sept. start of Oct. I had the 3rd floor at the smokers end and I could piss harder than the shower was. I think this time I will just call there instead of going throu the booking agent for Canada. Seems I get a better deal. Or at least every one else was last trip. Again thanks for the input Rainman. OFT If you must ask..... What's the The preformance of harley357 4th Anniversary show? Pura Vida Well I spend 3 months a year in sobriety, and out of sociaty. In the far north of Alberta Canada. Drilling Oil wells, in the great Oil Sands of Canada. For the past 3 yrs I make a great escape to CR. From what my friends tell me is " who need entertainment when with you, as you are sheer entertainment alone" But I do like to do this the first couple days in SJO as by the time I get to Jaco it is to hard to spend the day on a fishing boat hung to the nuts. But as I see you will be at Copa and I get a responce from them as to if I have rooms or not I may have to extend one more night of preformance. So lets have a salute to drunken dabauchery
