Has anybody(gringo) tried to use the Costa Rica citizens line recently? I know in the past people have said that they would use them if the visitors lines were packed. I saw somebody get turned away trying to use the CR citizens line and they made him get in the back of the visitors line. |

I didn't see any gringo in the citizens line. The lines moved really quick any way. By the time the bags arrived almost everyone was through the line and waiting around for the luggage.... |

They now shuttle everyone though a 1 lane route now. So you get to use the "next" available Agent out of how many are available. Remember the old ways where you picked your lane? Not anymore. Moves pretty quick. |
