I am staying at Hotel Zona Blue, today is my 2nd to the last day of a 5 day trip. All I have to say is staying at this place is awesome!!! If you are thinking about staying here, I would not think any more and make the reservation.

The cost is higher then most place in town, yes, but the quality of the rooms and the service you get is great. I hear so many people trying to save a dime when they come to Costa Rica, they miss allot of the fun trying to save the money.

If you are a person like me and like the M.P. while you are in town the cost of the room gets cheaper. If you do the math. The rooms at Zona Blue are $195.00 a night, which is high, but when you stay here the girls are $20.00 a hour not $50.00. So, if you would spend 2 to 4 hours at a MP each day while staying in town, now you would have saved $60 to $120 a day by staying at Hotel Zona Blue, because of the discount rates on the girls.

The rooms them self are very nice and very clean. The rooms are new, I think they have only been open for 6 months now. The rooms are larger then most of the rooms you would get San Jose, plus they have 32" TV with DVD players, wireless internet, free U.S. Phone calls, dry and a steam Sauna in each room, large bathrooms and the list go on. Also, some of the rooms have spare bedrooms, so you can even save some money and have a friend share the room with you. I do know there is a additonal cost for a second person, but not much. The room are also quiet, you can not hear a thing downstairs.

Now for the girls with you staying upstairs; I have found you get a lot better service because you are staying here and if they take care of you, you may connect with her more then once during your stay. The other great thing is you bring the girl up to your room, you have a King size bed, not the small Massage table/bed that is in the MP rooms at Zona Blue, so the session is a lot more fun! A large bed for more fun to be had! One of the other things I love, is the house girl will fix up your room for you at anytime. So you have a girl up to your room and when you are done and want it clean up again, she is right there doing it. So you ever of the shortage on the towels or the mess up bed all day, it is great!

After hours you can also bring girls back for other place to stay with you.

Eddie and his staff is great, they will take care of all your needs. The only thing negtive that I see about the place, there is only 4 rooms and sooner or later, making reservations will be hard, once people find out about the place!

Reservations are already hard - booked through the end of March when I checked a week ago.

Certainly if you afford it, you can't do much better than this. And with the girls on site, it's probably making it difficult for Hotel M to compete at the high end.
