My first trip to CR was on Delta and they opened a FF account and gave me the miles. The miles expire 12/31/07. I never fly Delta and will probably not use them, so I will transfer them to anybody who wants them. All you need to do is pay the transfer fee:

-$0.01 per mile, plus a $25 processing fee

According to my calculations, it will cost you $47.76 + 25 =
$72.76, that's about $15/1k miles, to transfer them into your account.
