Just to let everyone know, after golf yesterday, Me and my two amigos stopped to check out the Pirate club, very impressed with the facilities. did`nt partake with any of the girls, we had a drink and then wanted to check out Hotel M. arrived, and again was very impressed with the facilities. ordered two grey goose and sodas and one Glenfidich rocks, met H. Scott Vineberg the GM, nice guy, asked for the bill and much to our suprise, the grey goose were $12.00 apiece, and the scotch was $15.00, We then asked Scott if there was a mistake on the prices and he said no, and then showed us the drink prices that were kept behind the bar for his service people. He asked us if we thought the prices were a bit high, and of course we replied yes, He agreed and asked if he could buy us a drink, we thanked him and said that we had to leave for a prior engagement. We are used to prices around 7.00 to 8.00 in L.A. area. He thanked us for our imput and would review their price list, again very nice facility, but a little pricey for us. FT

hey...without sounding to cheap(i am) but with anything ..i always ask the price...or at least look for it...after you drank it, ate it, or phucked it....its to late and trying to get someone off the price, makes what might of been a fun time into bullshit time...case in point .
My wingman took me to jaco for my birthday and we were having a good time and i am drinking maragritas all day...well we go into a strip club to kill some time and to check out the ticas...(forgot the name of the club, you go down some side street and up some steps on the side of a building) anyway we get in there and my buddy buys the first round ..i tell him get me a beer as i know ritas can go for 5.00 to any damm price they want it to be....i see the girl coming with our drinks , he has a beer and my drink in this big fancy glass ..i say...hell no, i know whats coming next....she tells him the price "he blows up" i never did ask what it was but it took us from having a good time and 6 ticas around us to no one being near us ...he pissed off ..and there i am stuck with this drink that tastes like shit and out the door we go.....i did see him talk with the manager and i think he got some of the money back......but bottem line ...ask for the price 1st....
