I just got an e-mail saying that TACA has some great specials. For example: SJO to BA for $550 RT. The flight goes through Lima and they say you can stop over for $100 more.

Tico travel has an LAX to SJO for $564 w/ taxes for August 07. If it drops below $500, I will be all over that fare for the summer!!

It seems that Taca fares are really high far out. As you get closer to the travel date, the price drops.
