I was lucky to get one of these rooms for the last three nights of my 11/23-28 Thanksgiving trip. Was going to be at the HDR again, but decided it was time to upgrade, but nothing smaller at the Prez for the whole trip, but for $10 more I could have a grand spa suite. Wise move, as this was living it up! I had room 801, one with the jacuzzi on the full balcony, another gringo told me the room had been redone 6 months ago. They did a real nice job with it. The jacuzzi was a big hit with my regular Tica that I see pretty much all the time now, lots of squeals of delight when the bubble bath was added and the jets turned on, just what I was expecting!
Did three TLNs in the Prez (plus one in the HDR, and I saw her during the day of my arrival, we went to the dinner at the SL), no problems with her at the Prez as she always dresses nicely and comes directly to the hotel. I didn't even go to the Del Rey after I moved into the Prez, except to use the ATM. Didn't miss it, certainly not with the 135" screen and recliners in the SkyBox lounge at the Prez.
The one small problem with the room was that the hot water wasn't very hot in the beginning, but by the last night it was full-bore hot.
