I said "what the hell" after another ZB regular and I were discussing the suites. He made the idea sound good. Discounted rates for girls that day/evening, cab always outside, bring other girls after hours, more discounted girls in morning before checkout.
I got the room to the left at the top of the stairs. Had a good session with two of the girls, but then they started hitting me up for more tips. I had not experienced this before, so I guess they think you have much money if you stay in the suites. Made for a bad time.
The room:
1. Nice big screen tv, but it had a terrible picture. They tried to fix it but gave up after 20 minutes. Having much experience in this field, all it needed was a better cable from wall to tv. They could have just taken one from another room. All other rooms were vacant it appeared.
2. No blinds of any kind on the windows with offices across the street. Something minimal, at least, would be good.
3. No stereo in room. A cheap shelf unit would fit on tv and work well.
4. dvd player in room. Was I supposed to bring dvds, or were they available?
5. Shampoo was expected at that price, as was a hair dryer. Not that I have enough hair to use one, but for others it would be a good idea.
6. Parking-parked across the street and asked 3 times if it was OK, came back late at night to find 2 tickets stuck to window. got another in the morning as i was leaving. I was forced to park in a secure lot 1/2 block away that cost me $5 for 8 hours.
7. More towels!!!!!!!! Should have 6-8 bath towels for guests and girls. Nobody is staying there to sleep.
8. Morning discount idea was a complete waste. Nobody even showed up until 10:45 and it was just one girl I was not interested in at all. She was going somewhere when I left at 11 to go to a different hotel.
I know this is a new venture for them, but you have to at least approach expectations. I had no one I could relate these issues to while there as I am not fluent in spanish. It might be ok for a couple of guys on their first night with no rental car. This might help increase your perceived value. The amenities should be addressed as soon as possible by the management. I would NOT recommend this experience! This room was also laid out bad for a wingman situation. The one ahead when you turn right at the top of the stairs was set up much better.
I would advise taking a tour before checking in. Check for the items mentioned above and ensure they are good, or addressed immediately, and then enjoy. As stated before, best on your first night or two so you can maximize the girl discount. Oh, also confirm who will be working in the morning and let them know you expect to have girls available.

Bluecoyote PMed me a sincere response to my posting. I know they strive for excellence, as stated in the post, and am anxious to see them addressed. I will be back in late January and will give it a tour. Might as well as I will be there 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 times anyway. I will post again to let you all know the results. I am sure it will be positive.

As Bluecoyote was not there, it was probably a case of "when the cat's away, the mice will play."
