Post subject:  Holiday Inn question?

I will be staying at the Holiday INN for a quick 2 night trip. It is free on points and that is why I picked it. I know there is a chica fee.

Are there going to be any problems with bringing multiple chicas back?

Will I have a problem with scantilly clad chicas?

I am not really concerned with either but, I want to be prepared understanding the rules.

This is my 5th trip in the last 12 months.

To me,the worst thing about the Holiday Inn is their overall attitude towards mongers. They may allow a chica in your room for the appropriate fee ($25/chica I believe) but they won't like it. The HI was the first hotel I stayed in for my very first trip to CR some 6 years ago. On my second trip they informed me of their chica fees AFTER I was standing at the desk with my choice for the evening. The next morning,I asked the manager if the Mormans still owned the Holiday Inn fanchises. When he looked befuddled at my question...I asked him if they knew about and condoned them making money from prostitution. He looked even more puzzled. So then I asked him for my bill for the day,and informed him that I was cancelling the rest of my stay. Phucking hypocrites are not good company.

I heard from one of their taxi drivers yesterday that the chica fee is now $40. I have not personally confirmed that. If true, their obvious intent is to turn it into a non-chica-friendly hotel.

Well, they are now a CRT VIP sponsor, so either things have changed or there is something strange going on. The $75 a room is very attractive.

I'm a little confused.
The CRT VIP discount prices are:
• $75.00 Single Occupancy (Valid till 12-31-2006)
• $80.00 Double Occupancy (Valid till 12-31-2006)

The prices from the Holiday Inn's website are:
Rates valid until Aug. 31st, 2006
Promotional Rate: Single US $ 75,00 + tax
Promotional Rate: Double US $ 75,00 + tax

http://www.aurolahotels.com/

Did the regular rates go up Sept. 1st?
Do the CRT discount prices include tax? That would be about 16.5% which is a significant discount.

From the CRT Discount page:
Please note: There is a $25.00 guest fee that will not be waived.
This I'm also confused about. If a double is the same prices at a single, (or $5 more for CRT VIPS) how do they justify the "guest fee"?

I will admit this is a nice perk:
Lifetime VIP’s receive Upgrade to concierge floor if available.

I think its pretty straight forward

THEIR SPECIAL RATES ENDED Aug 31... Ours are extended till Dec 31st... Whats confusing...

Single 75.00 double 80.00 If you check in a lady as your overnight guest then your rate is double. Checking in as a double is done at REGISTRATION... All prices Plus Tax.. Includes Free Breakfast & Free Internet which all other guests pay 10.00 bucks a day fo Internet.

Since their rates went up on Aug 31st the other question does not apply.

Guest fee is well a "SHORT TERM GUEST"....

Thanks for the response

Do you know if 2 chicas are allowed?

Is there a dress code?

I would guess that without question Two Chicas are out of the question.

Dress code would be use common sense. Mgt has explained to me Guests are tolerated... that does not sound like the welcome mat to me. If your a hard core change the tica type monger by the hour the HI is not for you.

Choose an alternative.

Here´s the Holiday Inn scoop, as I checked in yesterday...

Yes, chicas are tolerated AT A RATE OF 40.00 GUEST FEE PER GUEST.

The night time desk clerk was a real jerk, and rude to me and both chicas I brought in. I later protested the charge to the manager on duty (I am a Gold Member in the Priority Club) and even this would not budge them. Needless to say, I am relocating today.

MONGERS, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
