I am sorry if this is a double post.

Thanks to Muff driver for the recent Pics.

I have heard a few rumours but nothing else,

Myself and others would like to know the details on the new room situation
at ZB, can girls freelance after hours ? or is it more of a all inclusive deal ?
Make your deal with Eddie or staff at the front desk ?
What time frames are included, Like a hotel or just for a couple hours ?

Can we assume this is an alternative choice to the SL action ?
If the rooms are available overnight ?

Sorry again , I have not being paying attention to events.

On my last day in the Gulch I spoke to Eddie at ZB for a little while. He told me that he hoped to have 4 suites completed by July (this month). For around $250 a night you would have a choice of any of the girls working and you could take the girls offsite to shop, eat, etc. I don't know if their is a limit, but it sounded like you could see as many of the girls as you wanted while you were staying there. Others more in the know probably have more info for you, but that was the gist of it as I understood.

I went with Muff to examine the rooms when the pictures were taken. Here is my understanding of what Eddie told us about the pricing and policies. (Muff please correct me if I make an error). The rooms will cost ~$125 per night for one person. An additional person, there are 2 bedrooms in each room, is an additional ~$25. The room fee includes the benifit of unlimited sessions with the ZB girls for $20 each session. You will be allowed to bring in a girl from outside for no charge, BUT this is limited to one girl at a time. So no more than one outside girl in your room at a time. Eddie said this is to eliminate any hassels with his girls regarding threesomes and so forth. Not sure I understand the logic there.

I will say that the rooms are FANTASTIC!!! The only room I know of in San Jose that is nicer is the penthouse at the SL. The rooms are modern and all the furnishings and appointments are modern and very kewl. They have large wide flat screen TV's and stereo systems. There are also steam/saunas in every room and the bathrooms were very nice. Some of the rooms had nice balconys with roof cover and great views... Well worth the price IMHO.

AJ, this is radically different than what I had understood. I can only confirm the statement about one outside girl. The rest is waaaaay different than I understood it to be. For one, the rooms will be much more than $125/night. But, it will have plenty of amenities, including companionship. I won't go into details until they post something officially. (Not trying to imply I have inside info, I just don't want to disseminate false info.)

Like I stated I may be worong about the prices, I just can't remember exactly what Eddie said. Muffy help me out here! But I know that there is an upcharge for a roomate of about $25.00. And I am positive of what Eddie said about the rules on chica companionship, and the fact that I examined all of the rooms and they are Out Of This World!!

I was told a flat fee of $250 for the room and companionship. Eddie told me that he wanted to create something where you could take the girl offsite and shop, eat, etc. Obviously nothing is official yet, just going off of what I was told a month ago.

Regardless, it sounds like a great idea and the rooms also sound quite nice.

Also don't want to jump the gun, but we took a tour last week and were told it is going to be $200 for CRT VIP's and that there would only be a $20 fee for an hour with one of the girls.

$200 for a night in San Jose is crazy, regardless of accoutrements
and chica discounts. Who wants to watch TV? If they start out like that,
they might pull in a few suckers who want to know what it's like to stay in
a whorehouse. But, after that, the market will rule. And the market will
dictate a much lower rate.

Some dudes are into that kinda thing. Perhaps it makes them feel more like its a girlfriend than a pro- more of a "fantasy courtship" deal.

Well things sure have changed from what "word on the street" once was. I was hoping it was a true all inclusive. As in go downstairs, grab a girl whatever time you like and its included with the price.

250$ a night, plus 20$ an hour is alot for a whore house. That actualy works out way more expensive then an FKK club

In talking with Eddie, I think the thought was the room being split by two people since there are two bedrooms in 3 of the 4 Suites. With that said it becomes more economical if you are splitting a 200 and have unlimited pops at $20.00 a shot..

I assume that means both parties in the room get the unlimited at $20.00 each... anyone want to clarify with non word on the street info. :roll:

Okay ... Okay... everybody zimmer down please.

First of all, I must apologize for only posting nine photos. I took about twenty yet I trsut the ones I posted will suffice to show what the rooms look like. They are much better in person, and if you are planning an orgy... I think that's the place to have it (got that GR?).
Every room has a large shower stall and a sauna/steam room. The beds are huge and the mirrors humonguous! There's a nice music system and large screen TVs.
Eddy did a very good job with the acoustics and the noise suppression works quite well.
Okay... so you don't really rent a room for $200 plus to watch TV... but then again there are those who like to watch porn and those who may want to take a break and watch sports.... YMMV so don't prejudge what everybody wants or desires.
It's simple... If you don't like it... DON'T ph*cking use it!

Unless Eddy changes the following data, here are the arrangements he explained to me. Not all the rooms got for $250.00. There are a couple which are smaller and rate less than that. However, all but one have two rooms and logically should be split between two.

You can bring "one" chica from the outside under your own financial arrangement and there will be no charge (chica fee) from ZB.
However, if you want a ZB chica she can be yours for $20..00 (versus the usual $40.00) per 1 hour session. You can also have two chicas for $40.00.

Eddy does not want the possibility of having discord between an outside chica and a ZB chica. Therefore, if you want two chicas, you can only use ZB chicas. No combination of outside/inside will be allowed. At least not for now I would think. Anything is possible in CR.... isn't it?

The rooms should be ready to go for the Labor Day celebration, and Eddy said he is planning to have food and drinks available for sale.

Personally, I would not want to stay in one of those for more than two nights. But if you want to celebrate anything... it just may be what the doctor ordered. I think it's cool if you feel like popping a nut at 3:00AM and all you have to do is walk downstairs and pick a chicas to take care of your sudden urge. It's almost like having the DR at your disposal. Almost... I said.

This is the information I got from Eddy. After he gave Ruff, Admin1, and I the first tour of the place he has allowed me to go upstairs anytime I've chosen to and see how they are progressing.
All I can say is that I believe there will be a LOT of business 24 hours a day!

I am sure Eddy will be providing further and definite information as to the rates and arrangement conditions regarding the chicas, wet bar, etc. Maybe Admin1 will receive a brochure or information package at a later date, hopefully before Labor Day.
