My pal and lifelong friend "Peter" needs a break, but I'll be damn if I am going to pay 600 bucks plus for RT to CR. My March tour of duty was $288. Come on airline executives.......WE NEED A FARE SALE!

I'll buy a $200 plastic pu*sy and pretend before I pay the going rate of 600 plus. :lol:

That was my attitude also for the past couple of months. But as my vacation dates drew nearer I weakened :roll: .
Paid $701.,arrive tomorrow for a week. :twisted:

You old fart...... you were just there in March with me! I would be there too, but to tell the truth....it's not so much the high airfare......it's the damn work..... or something like that.

Hey......make your way over to that favorite little strip club we went to and tell the little blond to KEEP IT HOT FOR ME....... I gonna come back.

Could be worse…

With higher fuel prices airlines are cutting flights run to fill up the flights they still run…

I just noticed that AA is not going to run the green season LA-SJO redeye next year :x …I’ve just gone from a 7 hr nighttime travel time (MRY-SJO) to a 13 hr, whole day wasting flight via Dallas or 21 hrs for an redeye via MIA…Sure am glad I have all those AA FF miles that are now useless! :x

TACA is now the best bet from the west coast, with an occasional $500 range flight that will go to the $700-800 range if seats are selling…but that’s SFO not MRY.

OBTW… BKK can be had for $800-900 from MRY…at 21hrs. :shock:
