Are any CRT'ers staying at Vista Linda or has everyone written it off as a result of Don Gordo's "unfortunate adventure?"

I plan to stay there next month.Carlos there is a very good host. I feel what happened to Don Gordo could happen many places in San Jose. It was on a Sunday night and Sunday is a day to be on your guard in San Jose.I stayed there well after Don gordos misfortune and never had a problem.rbc100

Currently staying at Vista Linda. 5th time here and agree that Carlos is a great host. I enjoy the setup and more comfortable to my lifestyle.

Need to keep your wits about you when walking around Calle Blancos but not much different than some neighborhoods in SJO.. take cabs now about 1000 - 1200 colons to <SJO central >Bus 110 colons to corner near AutoMarcado think its c5 y A3-1 but not sure

Buses are a pain on Sundays and wait for a cab sometimes is 15 min but so be it..
