Is this hotel walking distance to delrey?

When I exit main entrance of delrey...i make a left, keep walking down that hill until I get to that main strip on the right hand side where McDonalds, Pizza Hut, subway is...

I am guessing that the hotel is before I reach all the way down to McDonalds...

Am I right?

If not, please explain where I go after i exit main entrance of delrey.

Thank you

no you go up the hill towards INS building, if you get a VIP there is a map showing all the popular monger spots
you could walk it in the daytime 20-30 mins I'd guess

One Concept:

Consistency.

There is a rumor they are going to have $30 dollar short time (Maybe 4 hour) rooms.

This will be a ' Winning Edge ' for them over the Del Rey if they have these rooms consistently.

Guys will have a girl met them at the Mona Lisa. This will make this place a meeting destination.

George, are you listening. 3-5 designated cheap permanent short term basic rooms. These rooms are not money makers but will add a missing element to the gulch and attract many people to the hotel.

The food and beverage business will supplement the low cost of these rooms. (Guys will wait for a short term room to come available spending an hour at the bar). Girls and Guys will go there knowing its 'one stop shopping'.

I have spent many many many evenings at the Del Rey not taking a girl because I did not want to drive her home or or risk Eden or Officina not having a room.

If you walk from the Mona Lias up the hill to Key Largo you should do it in 5-7 minutes unless you stop at the coffee place for a cappachino. The coffee place is next to Amir Gallery, across the street to the west of parque morazon. You will have the trannies at night if you walk, but I am polite to them and have never had a problem, even chat with them sometimes.

Another discovers:

Better, less expensive options than the HDR
Better, more caring customer service

The HDR owners should take notice of what happend in Jaco re the Beatle Bar and how the action moved to the Cocal - they can believe all they want that "it can't happen here" but it can; I'm certain the owners of the Beatle Bar labored under a similar misconception

With all due respect Scuba, Beatle bar has never been, nor
ever will be in the same monger league as HDR.
I don't stay there, but still visit. Beatle bar/Jaco,
irrelevant in the big p4p picture (I'm talking world wide, not
boots on the ground, 3-8 times a year guy)

I am glad the Mona Lisa is getting good reviews. It has so much potential! Guy has gained lots of experience in what we as monger's are seeking. I hope to stay there soon.

Was just in the hotel yesterday and had a tour and its very nice, but did not see a girl anywhere
so it just depends on what you like, if your in town 3 or 4 days at a time like i am, i want to see and be around as many girls as i can and there is nowhere like HDR 24/7 there are girls avail.
tuesday 2pm counted 44 girls there, went to SL and there was 3. The looks of the hotel and location
are very nice though and hope it works out for them

Hotel Mona Lisa, Open 7 days so far. Half the rooms are open and finished ! We had 44 people staying over Super Bowl. We are totally open to chicas and they do come in and checking the place out. The girls will keep coming if the guys are there. You can get a lovely short term room for $25 for 3 hours. We've sold at least three every night since we've open. We're doing very well with rooms for $49.95 per night. Stop by and let me give you a tour of the Hotel. Guy

Yes the VIP offer is still available for the next 75 people at $ 100.00 per year. Good for the private club and also 20% off everything in the hotel.

This is huge attraction . Guys will meet their regulars there and those girls will tell other girls about the place. Many local girls wont go to the Rey at the risk of being 'outed' by a neighbor or an uncle. Nice to have a 'not so known' place where girls feel comfortable to go.

Until Now, There was no nice place except the drive in love motels.

See you soon.
