Im about to go to CR for the first time. When I went to Bogota I would never dare to wear clean white sneakers out. One to not look like a tourist, two because the streets were dirty. Is that the same with SJ and Jaco? I plan on bringing just shorts T shirts and maybe polos and dark sneakers. I might bring a pair or two of jeans just to wear at night. Any thoughts?
